Lost Girls and Troublesome Pokemon... Oh My!

Averie: "Oh, just 100 poke for a nice mean for the group of you. Anything in particular you want?"

Averie's eyebrows shot up. "Really? I mean--awesome! That's perfect!"

"As for food.... Any kind of meat should do, I think!" She wasn't sure exactly of a Jolteon's diet, but if it was anything like Warren's, he'd probably be at least somewhat carnivorous. As she spoke, she began digging the money out of her wallet.

Averie: The girl nods and begins frying up some sausages. After a few minutes, she finishes and hands you a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit sandwich, and a few sausages for your Pokemon.

Before she could make a move to take the food, Joule was out of his ball, nose in the air and eyes wide. Wow. He really had been hungry.

Averie gave the girl a very appreciative look. "Thank you so much, miss." She took the food, sliding over 150 Pokedollars, nodding to the vendor politely.

She gave each canine a couple of sausages, slightly bemused as both devoured them with relish. Biting into her own biscuit, she couldn't stifle a sigh of contentment. Yes, she was getting pretty wet, but at least she wasn't hungry anymore.

Randolf nods his head in agreement before handing over the required payment and then stepping into the boat. The slight rocking from the waves had a instant calming effect on the trainer, who turned to stare down the river with a content expression upon his face.

Konchi turns to the others, "Sorry about that... I didn't think anyone could be that unreceptive. I am used to bargaining for everything. It is a way of life were I come from."

Randolf: You notice a variety of Water Pokemon swimming in the river- the ferryman tells you the trip will take an hour or two and you are free to use his fishing rods should you wish.

Randolf thanks the man before taking one of the offered poles, baiting the hook before casting the line into the water quite a distance. Then the novice fishermen leaned against the railing while keeping a steady grasp on the rod, waiting for a pokemon to go for the bait.

"Its fine" Alex says before turning to the shop keep, "Ill take 3 coats" Alex says before passing the man $500 "You can keep the change, sorry for the trouble this early in the morning"

"Thanks so much. Here, take 300. No need for you to pay extra. It was my fault in the first place." Konchi holds out the money and presses it into his hands.

"Well I guess I should see if I can't get some supplies." Matthew looks through the city trying to find a pokemart in order to gather supplies. Once he gets there he looks around the shop to see if there are any graduates he may recognize or someone he may have seen before. He asks the shopkeeper; "Hey I am a fresh graduate and I am looking to stock up on travel stuff so I can start traveling and challenging the gyms, any ideas on what I should be looking for?"

Randolf: Soon you feel a tug on the fishing line.

Matthew: "We sell Potions, Antidotes, X Attacks, Trainer Road Kits, PokeDolls, Repels, Burn Heals, and PokeBalls. If you are looking to challenge Gym Leaders, I'd suggest Potions to heal and PokeBalls to catch more Pokemon for your team. X Attacks are also useful, and status healers can prove very useful in battles."

"Thanks Alex." Sam also takes out 100 and presses it into his hand before slipping the raincoat over her already drenched clothes. At least now she wouldn't get any wetter for the time being. "You guys ready to get out of here?"

"Okay, well I guess I will take the road kit, an antidote, 2 potions and 3 pokeballs, how much does that come too? Oh and any ideas on where I should start challenging gyms?"
