Randolf asks some locals for directions to the pokemon center, heading straight for the healing center as soon as he can. Once there, he enters through the glass doors and heads straight for the counter. "Ah, yes, Nurse, I need this pokemon healed. I battled it on the road and I think it might have been hurt badly." the breeder explains, clearly nervous about the entire situation.
After the Gulpin is healed, Randolf heads off to find the person that posted about the troublesome pokemon.

Randolf: After a little bit of traveling through the town, you come across an old woman in the park who is clearly distressed.

"Ah, what is the matter ma'am? Is anything wrong?" Randolf asks, with a "Rooon?" from Stell.

"Oh, dear, um, I've just... there's been a Pokemon causing me some trouble. I can't hardly sleep in my own house anymore it's been so bothersome. I've put up a Bulletin for help, but so far no one has come to my aid," she says, her hands fumbling with her purse.

"Oh, well, I could help out with that problem. What is the pokemon doing that is causing you sleeping problems? I might be able to get it out of your house or calm it down." Randolf explains, relaxing a little. It seemed the situation is not so urgent.

"It keeps throwing things against my house each night- I don't know why, but it seems determined to not let me get any sleep."

The old woman nods and leads you down the road to her house. "There! It's coming out now." You look to see a red bipedal Pokemon that appears to be wearing a white robe.

Randolf pulls out his pokedex to scan the new pokemon, saying "Huh, I never saw that type of pokemon before."

The PokeDex *dings* as it finishes scanning. "Throh. The Judo Pokemon. When it encounters a foe bigger than itself, it wants to throw it. It changes belts as it gets stronger."

"Hrm, that looks like a fighting type pokemon. You are really weak against them, aren't you Stell?" Randolf asks, though he was given a brave "Ron!" in reply. "Hey, um, why are you keeping this lady from sleeping?!" Randolf shouts out at the Throh from quite a distance. He really did not want to get in close with a fighting type pokemon.

"Throh!" The Throh responds, obviously not looking to explain itself. It tosses a stick at the house and looks around for something bigger to throw.

Randolf frowns when the pokemon did not respond at his question. That plus the fact the Throh was throwing stuff at the house was not good signs. The trainer sighs as he pulls off the pokeball at his belt and throws it in the air, yelling "Gulpin! Come out!" The Gulpin looks around at the new location before turning to stare at the trainer with a confused look on her face. Randolf goes over to kneel down in front of Gulpin, asking "I need your help. I am sorry about attacking you before, but I promise to feed you all you can eat after this. I just need help getting this Throh to stop attacking this lady's house. Help me, please." The Gulpin stares at Randolf before giving a huff and turning to face the Throh.

The Throh turns to Gulpin, noticing the other Pokemon. It starts off by using Bide, knowing there will be an attack on the way.
