Hello! I see a couple of things, mainly that you have items and the experience of your pokemon. 1000 exp is the base for level 10 I believe, and your Shroomish has 1288. You do not start items, Covert "gives" them to you once you are accepted in the story.

Oh I thought with the 3000 I bought items from the core book, ok cool. Thanks about the exp too, I was using a lot of character apps on here too find out how to make a pta sheet and I saw someones lvl 10 poke was at 1288 exp so I thought that was base. I found the area where it tells me the exp per lvl now. Is that your team currently in your signature? That's a awesome team actually.

Sorry I haven't posted, holiday weekend and such.
Shroomish needs an ability. And name.
You should currently have a PokeDex.
I think those are the only issues? You had to have graduated from the Academy, but that's generally assumed...
