Evolver class are just OP. Take, for example, the devolve feature. Although pretty hard to pull off, it could be quite a gut punch to any trainer, really.

I just hope and pray my friend playing a breeder in our upcoming IRL game does not notice Devolve because he's a rascal anyway he does not need that kind of power

The way the feat works, is that you devolve them by beating them. You then have to make a (really hard) roll against the pokemon's capture rate and then they get devolved. If the pokemon is below level 50, they have to wait 5 levels to evolve again. Above level 50, and just one level.
