"Our friend got lost in there tryin' to find some rare Pokemon. We can't go back in there right now to look for her- can you bring her back out to us?"

Randolf moves among the many pokemon kept in the facility, trying to find some source of food for them to eat. While he can easily make enough food to feed his own pokemon, he cannot do that with so many pokemon around him. But the man, Randall, clearly had to feed the pokemon. So Randolf was hunting for the food, else the pokemon get too riled up about being hungry.

"Oh, sure. I wouldn't mind that at all." Konchi heads into the cave.

Randolf: The officer approaches you, and looks around at the Pokemon. "So, what exactly happened here?"
Konchi: As you enter the cave, you are struck by just how dark it is in here.

Randolf stares at the officer, his eye twitching once...or thrice, as he gathered his thoughts on about how to explain the situation. He decided to keep it short and sweet. "I was searching the Underground, popped up here, and was attacked by a man named Randall. After a long and endurance testing pokemon battle, I bested him and tried to contact the police so they could arrest him. Alas, the fiend escaped after a cleverly timed smoke bomb. I released the pokemon from the cages, and not wanting them to spill into the streets to cause mayhem, contacted the kid over there to bring a police officer to the scene. Which is you. And I am now explaining what has happened after my search for food for the pokemon was interrupted. By you. So I could explain this." He explains in a somewhat mildly confusing manner.

The officer nods and looks around. "Most of these seems to fit the exact descriptions of several lost Pokemon. The city owes you a debt of gratitude... Most people were beginning to believe they would never see their beloved Pokemon again." A Growlithe bounds over to the officer and rubs against her. You see tears form in the officer's eyes and she leans down to pet the Pokemon. "Oh, Ilex..." Most of the other Pokemon seem to be looking around for their owners, but one walks up to you and seems to take a liking to you.

Konchi realizes she doesn't have a light but doesn't fear! She walks in anyway!

Randolf watches the officer reunite with her Growlithe with a smile, before noticing the pokemon the had approached him. He kneels down to pet the pokemon, to help calm and soothe it, before saying, "Hello there. May I ask for your name?"

Randolf: The Pokemon makes a growling noise, but it seems pleased to see you. It opens its mouth wide and grins. (Okay I have zero idea how to properly describe it so I'm just gonna tell you it's a Gible.)
Konchi: Roll... WIS, then DEX.

(You weren't kidding. The best description I can think of is a blue ball with a very large mouth, and two little jet engine things on each side of it's head.)
Randolf grins back at the Gible as he continues to pet the pokemon, scratching under one of the bulb-like objects on it's head which Randolf hoped was his ears. But soon he turns his head to look at the officer before saying, "Sorry to interrupt your reunion, but what should we do now? The pokemon are getting more restless by the minute."

Konchi: You are able to sense it before you see it, and therefore you dodge whatever thing comes swooping down at you.
Randolf: "Well, I can put out a notice to the other officers and the city Centers, they can contact the Trainers to come pick up their Pokemon... Any that aren't picked up will likely be sent to the Columba Reserve for rehabilitation." She looks at the Gible and pulls out her dex, searching through something. "The force's Database doesn't show a record of anyone reporting a lost Gible... and that one looks like it's taken a shining to you. You could take it along, if you like, or we'll just send Gible to the Reserve." She types out a quick email on the Dex, and looks back to you. "Well, I sent the email to the officers and the Center..." She scribbles something down on a notepad. "Here's my personal number and a recommendation for a place for you to stay the night- contact me tomorrow when you are free, and I'll talk to the force about a reward for everything you've done for us."

"I will take the Gible along with me if it wants to. You seem to very dependable, and with the amount of trouble I run into, I could really use your help." Randolf replies, more to the Gible than the officer. Then he stands up and turns toward the officer, saying "I really do not need a reward. I am just happy to see the pokemon taken care of. I will take up your offer on a place to sleep though, as the last two days have been quite...rough." he tells her as he takes the notepad, looking down at the number and the address of the place. "I wish to press the issue of the man that escaped. Randall. I fear that he may start up something like this again if he gets away. Though he may have already fled the city..." he says to the officer while looking to door, his expression hardening as he stares.
